Tax-Exempt Status

Fuzhou America Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 83-4182352). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

New York State Registration

Fuzhou America Inc. is registered with the New York State Attorney General's Charities Bureau (NYS Reg. No. 51-78-72).

Fuzhou America Inc. will file its first annual financial report with the NYS Attorney General by May 15, 2027. Once filed, it will be posted at www.charitiesnys.com, where you can also find information on charities (or call the Attorney General at (212) 416-8686). The report and a description of our programs are available on request from 43-28 158th St, Unit B, Flushing, NY 11358.

Fiscally Sponsored Projects

Fuzhou America Inc. acts as fiscal sponsor for charitable, educational and cultural projects that advance its purposes. Contributions made for a sponsored project are received by Fuzhou America Inc. and remain subject to its discretion and control.
